Artists and contributors keep the rights they own in their names, likenesses, performances, writing, music, photographs, and other submitted material. Display on this site does not transfer those rights. Jak Da MAK content remains owned by Jak Da MAK or its applicable rights holder.
Unless a specific license says otherwise, no site material may be copied, republished, sold, redistributed, sampled, synchronized, used in advertising, placed in a dataset, or presented as another party’s work without written permission from the applicable rights owner.
Butterchurn and Butterchurn Presets power the All In Visualizer under their open-source licenses. YouTube, Discord, social networks, linked games, and other identified third-party material remain subject to their own terms and ownership. Their appearance does not imply that All In owns them.
